On-Farm Experience
Farm Tour Day is an annual field trip in early fall for third grade students that provides an on-farm agricultural experience. The event is sponsored by Northampton County Farm Bureau and is typically held at Shore Breeze Farms in Cheriton.
At the event, students rotate through 10 agriculturally based booths to learn the importance of agriculture and its impact in our community.
Approximately 115 public and private school students are educated during the Northampton Farm Tour.
