February 6: Counselor and Counselor in Training applications due

April 1: Camp registration opens. Fill out the Registration Form (on this page below) and return to Erin Morgan, 4-H Agent.

June 1: Scholarship applications due

June 15: Registration form and non-refundable deposit ($150) due.  We accept cash (exact change) or check. There is a $50 fee for any returned checks. Make checks payable to VCE-Northampton.

July 1: All paperwork in 4-H online completed. Instructions can be found below.

July 1: Final payment in full due. If fees are not paid by this deadline, your child may not be able to attend camp. There is a $50 fee for any returned checks. Make checks payable to VCE-Northampton.

July 27: Camper drop-off at Northampton High School

July 31: Camper pick-up at Northampton High School

Calling all enthusiastic and responsible teens for Counselors or Counselors in Training (CIT)! This is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills by being a role model for campers.

CIT requirements: 

• Must be 14-16 years of age

• Must attend at least 24 hours of training (dates TBD)

• Must be mature, responsible, dependable, respectful, work well with others, have a positive attitude and be a good role model!

• Cost to attend camp is $275

Counselor Requirements:

• Must be 14-19 years of age 

• Attend at least 24 hours of training (dates TBD)

• Must be mature, responsible, dependable, respectful, work well with others, have a positive attitude and be a good role model!

• Cost to attend camp is $225
