Meet-Ups: Thanks to the families who supported our January meet-up at Pala Vista Park (pictures above). Please see the flyer for our February 12th Pizza Cooking Class Meet-Up in the VVA kitchen. Each student will prepare their own individual pizza. Siblings are always welcome with parent supervision. We also have an opportunity to hold a meet-up at the San Diego Safari Park on April 25th. Entrance fees for students and chaperones will be provided.  Parents will be required to transport their students. If you are interested in the Safari Park Meet-Up, please contact Ms. Ordonez by Monday, February 5th.

Presidents' Day Holiday is observed (no school) Friday, February 16th-Tuesday, February 20th (5-day weekend).

Independent Reading: Remember to encourage your student to read independently for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. All students have access to the Sora Library App that links to the San Diego County Public Library. Students have access to thousands of audio and e-books through the app. Here are some simple tips for supporting independent reading at home.
