Unit 1:Poetry

When i was practicing my poem i got pared up with my friend William. When William was listening to me, he find the way i was saying it lacked emotions. So when i got home i practiced saying it will some emotions to not make it sound robotic. Through that help, I performed my poem with little issues and received good points.
Unit 2:Narrative Writing

-In my narrative writing assignment i noticed that there was three changes that i could have made to improve my overall assignment. The first ting that i would have change in my narrative writing is my grammar. The teacher pointed out that my grammar had some words that was in the present tense from the first draft. However, I did not pay enough attention to it when i was typing my final draft leading to half of my project being in the present tense. Next time, i will check my verbs more carefully before submitting it.
-The second thing i would've changed is that i would be more careful with the sequencing of my story. In my writing. In my writing, my sequencing was very messed up and very messy like things that didn't add up, etc. But the assignment is to expand our narrative writing skills and our pacing and sequencing skills. Next time, i will have a more straight forward sequencing and pacing in my story.
-The third thing i would've is trying to use more figurative languages in my story to make it more interesting and fascinating. I only used a few figurative languages and in the rubric for the narrative writing it says i needed to use more figurative languages making my grade lower. Next time, i will make sure to add more figurative languages to have a bigger grade and a more fascinating storry.
Unit 3:Elevator Pitch

In this project, I understand that i need to. improve my time management skills. Because when we were finnished with our elevator pitches, we had to record and edit the videos. However, I didn't find an editing platform and because of that i forgot to record some videos. Luckily, I still did it in time and got a good grade. From now, I would do my projects in parts that i can do without worry. This will alow me too have more time to work on other stuff and i could go back to fix my mistakes.
