Next week, you will recieve a sample of the puddle to analyse in the laboratory. The appearance it has is:
- Light brown liquid with some bits of a substance floating, and some solids on the bottom.
To discover more about the case, we must know which are the components of the sample. To identify them we must separate them in the laboratory.
Study first the mechanical and physical separation techniques using the unit: Pure substances and Mixtures of the Science Bits.

In the lab, you are going to separate all the components. Write a short report describing the materials and methods used to separate the components and the different results. You can take pictures about the process and include them in your report. Open a new Google Doc with the name Lab_Analysis_Crime_G(N)(C).
