Dear Children and Parents,
We hope you had a lovely extra long weekend. As it is a short week this week we have decided to give you all a little break and concentrate on some project work for the week! We will of course post some textbook work for those who want or prefer to work offline. As always we will strongly reiterate that this is an outline of suggested work where you choose and adapt to your personal home life situation.
It is really so important that you all make a special effort to keep in contact with your teachers every week. It is very important we hear from you. If you don't want to submit work for the blog that is okay but just send us a hi email .We miss hearing from you and enjoy hearing all your news!

Check it out on our Pupil's Work page.You can access the Pupil's work page and all previous posts by using the menu tab in the top left hand corner.We would like to add some more on to next week's blog so please don't forget to add the parental permission to submitted work.

Use your Imagination and find your inner African Animal
You've woken up as an animal of your choice on the African Plains. Write a of your journey . What can you see/hear/taste/touch? Who are you fearful of? What do you eat? Does anything dangerous happen? Anything funny?
A lioness has chased a baby elephant. The elephant survives thanks to the intervention of it's mother. But now the lioness has no food for it's cubs. Write a diary entry for the lioness and for the baby elephant. Show the two views and reactions to the one event.
Your going on African Safari. Write a list of what you will pack in your suitcase.
Create a "No Poaching Allowed " poster with accompanying slogan.
