Artifact One (Classroom Narrative)
Explanation: The classroom narrative encouraged me to take a closer look into RMHS's mission and the kind of environment I was working in. I was able to see how teachers and students interacted with each other as well as see the classroom environment. By being in a classroom I could form a better ideas of what I wanted my future classroom to look like. Thinking about what I wanted to take with me and thing I did not want to bring into my own profession.
Artifact Two (Midterm Evaluation)
Explanation: Looking back from my midterm evaluation to now being the end of the semester, I feel I have come to understand my strengths and weaknesses as teacher. After spending time in all grade levels, there are certainly some I prefer more than others. High school was by far the most challenging for me where forming relationships with students was something I needed to work on. Close to the end of the semester I was really trying to interact with students more which I believe helped me grow my confidence and come closer to the goal of forming deeper relationships with students. I see my midterm reflection as a benchmark for what I have done to what still needs improvement on.
