He has been doing this for 8 years, this might become a problem. This farmer is also a problem, why is it the farmers that starts the problems. This is a new name, the name of Wilbur Tennant of Parkersburg, this town is a real pain in the butt, but with enough money Dupont, just like all the other companies will win, also looks like we got the locals on our side, and most lawyers are on our side so we have strength in numbers.I swear this is the second time a farmer with lots of cows bought this land, he has more than 600 cows, and people view he as a creep, which is good.Bilott filed a federal suit against DuPont in the summer of 1999 in the Southern District of West Virginia, that his most recent one against dupont, people keep finding a stream where were dumping the Gen X, he did lucky failed, we should be careful of what we do next, so far he has not filed another case.
