From a shared attraction and appreciation for natural raw material A collaboration was created with OPA and New research on the melon peel has begun.
As in an entire ecological process, the work begins in the restaurant,where the melon is cut for eating and the peels are collected for the studio, where I dry them and put the different pieces back together by sewing and coating with a material that keeps the peel natural, alive and beautiful. The circle is perfected in the restaurant as a basis for Ofa's wonderful menu.
