Objective: Students will explore a variety of different ways to advocate for change, and select 1-3 interventions that the group will focus on going forward.
REVIEW FOR FACILITATORS
In the previous lesson, youth used the principles of design thinking to brainstorm different solutions to their chosen health issue. If it is feasible to test and carry out one of those solutions, then go ahead! However, it may be more feasible for groups to select an intervention in which they can present and advocate for their proposed solutions to stakeholders. In this lesson, "intervention" is used to describe different ways of advocating for change.
