Chance Recovery is a non-profit agency working in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties offering support for those who have experienced, or who are experiencing homelessness and addiction. This organization can help with navigating detox and recovery related social services. 1100 SE Jackson St. Albany has a shelter including family rooms and a warming center. Chance has a motel voucher program to house homeless individuals and families on a short term basis.

Jackson Street Youth Program is accepting youth ages 10 – 17 into their shelters in Corvallis and Albany. Shelters provide skills coaching and mental health resources.

Additionally, Fish of Albany offers thrift shop hours in which community members can pick out available items such as gently used clothing, shoes, bedding, towels, and other household items. Fish of Albany also hosts back to school events with free school supplies.
