Higher Levels of Care
Benton County Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program provides a full array of individual and group counseling services for individuals seeking to achieve a drug-free life as well as serving individuals with co-occurring disorders.
The Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment program provides the following services:
Full assessment
Drug testing
Group therapy
Individual therapy. Staff members are highly trained professional Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselors and therapies are cognitive and behaviorally based.
Level of care is determined at assessment and referrals and assistance with admittance to detox is available. Both medium and high intensity services are available and each individual will develop a relapse prevention plan prior to completion of their program.
Eligibility:
Benton County Substance Use Disorder Treatment program serves Benton County residents with Oregon Health Plan. We also serve eligible uninsured individuals and some types of private insurance. Linn County Adolescent Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Program is a community-based outpatient facility with a team of professionals dedicated to helping youth and their families find healing, recovery and hope from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Our team is comprised of clinically-experienced mental health therapists and certified alcohol and drug counselors. We are dedicated to providing each family with education, resources, and skills in a safe and supportive environment to promote healing and recovery for every youth.
The Adolescent Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Program utilizes a variety of evidenced-based curriculum and interventions to create individualized treatment plans and services for every youth. Types of services available include the following:
Assessments and diagnosis (including presence of co-occurring mental health disorders)
ASAM Level of Care determinations (to determine if youth meet criteria for detox, residential, or outpatient services)
Individualized treatment planning
Individual, group and family therapy

Trauma-Informed services
Case management and consultation
Coordination of care as appropriate, including schools, juvenile department, treatment or mental health agencies, primary health care providers, addiction medicine physicians for medication-assisted treatment, and other community agencies
Early intervention services for students at risk of future substance problems or coping with addiction in their home environment.

Charlie Health provides nine hours a week of intensive outpatient therapy services for dual diagnoses and substance abuse disorders. This program offers group therapy, individual therapy, medication management and family therapy.

Madrona Mental Health offers a residential program for teens ages 13-17 with cooccurring mental health and or substance use disorders. Teens typically reside in stabilization program for 30-45 days.
