Group Therapy:

Tween/ Kids Anxiety Group: (Currently on hiatus) 

This virtual group provides younger teens and kids (ages 10-14) with OCD or anxiety a place to receive and give support to and from peers who are struggling with similar challenges. Groups are virtual on Mondays from 6PM-7PM for $40 per session. 

Teen OCD Support Group:

This teen group is geared towards the ages of 15-18 who are struggling with OCD or any other form of anxiety. Groups are in person on Wednesdays from 4PM-5PM for $40 per session.

Parent Support Group:

This parent support group combines education with support, focusing on commonly experienced concerns. Parents are able to give and receive support with their child's success and mastery over anxiety and OCD. This group takes place in-person on Mondays from 1-2PM for $40 per session.

Adult OCD Group: 

This in-person group focuses specifically on anyone 18 and older living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder on Thursdays from 3PM-4PM for $40 per session. https://www.nwanxiety.com/group-therapy.html
