"Over the years I have dabbled in yoga but attending Ocean's yoga class is a completely different experience.
Ocean teaches with kindness, compassion and joy and this sets the tone for the whole class. I experience a deep sense of connection with myself during our yoga session, it's calming, joyful and meditative.
In the gentlest of ways it has not only helped me mentally but also physically. Most of my adult life my preferred and natural sleeping position has been to lie on my front but over the last few years my neck has become stiff and I have been unable to, however in the last few weeks after attending weekly yoga with Ocean I can again sleep on my front and it's such a comfort.
