Regular Classes recommence on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th September - also, Yoga and Meditation at the Beach September 9th - Welcome along!
A friendly, joyful class welcoming everyone wherever and however they are, for 75 minutes
of dropping in and releasing, playing, exploring and resting.
If attending for the first time, please message Ocean beforehand to let her know that you
are coming along – this is an insurance requirement, and also a great chance to say ‘hi’.
If you have anything particular going on – like an illness or a long-term or new injury or are
differently abled some other way – please also send Ocean a brief message beforehand
so she can be aware and take this into consideration during the class.
If you happen to have yoga kit like a mat at home, please have it available for the class.
No worries at all if not - it is always fine to practice without. A few household items which
could be brilliantly useful in case you have them:
a few books, some wide enough to sit on, where you can make your stack higher or lower as
necessary
a couple of cushions or pillows
a blanket or two, or a towel or two
a sturdy belt (trouser or bathrobe belt, luggage strap, a scarf or even some old tights!)
a couple of equally-sized tupperwares or the like
a chair with any kind of back
and maybe a cup of tea or water nearby to sip!
Please arrive a little early to be ready for a 6pm start, wearing something comfortable to
move in.
