Documentation is an important part of our day to day life. Documents keep records of life events and by referring those records and documents we can recall our memories of past with proofs. As Julian Barnes says,

“What you end up remembering isn't always the same as what you have witnessed.”

I have tried to create a perfect history of 2016's academic year by documenting everything.
