Evergreen Industries does not confirm delivery dates until a few days before arrival. This timing is determined by their internal process and cannot be adjusted by YDE.

Donation Processing Timeline

Once all orders have been picked up and the fundraiser has fully closed out, the donation from this fundraiser will be processed and applied to YDE’s general scholarship account. Reconciliation takes a minimum of 4–6 weeks from the delivery date.
