You can manage all Prime-related details from your Amazon account.
Go to Manage Your Prime Membership in your Amazon account.
View your next payment date and update your preferred payment method.
Enable an email reminder by selecting Remind me before renewing to get notified 3 days before renewal.
If you want to cancel your Prime membership:
On the same page, select End Membership and Benefits from the left-hand side.
You can manage your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription online:
Go to Your Amazon Music Settings.
Open the Amazon Music Unlimited section to view:

You can also change your plan or payment method from this page.
To manage via the Amazon Music app:
Select the Gear icon.

You can cancel accidental Prime Video purchases within 48 hours, as long as the video hasn’t been streamed or downloaded.
To cancel online:
Go to Your Digital Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Your Order.
Choose a reason and confirm.
You can also ask Alexa to cancel:
Say: “Cancel my last Prime Video order.”

How gift cards work for digital downloads:

Once redeemed, the balance is automatically applied to eligible digital purchases before a credit or debit card is charged.
If promotional or gift card funds are available, Amazon will use those first. Paying directly with a credit or debit card may not be possible until those balances are used.
You can gift Kindle books even if you don’t own a Kindle device.

Make sure the recipient’s email address is correct.
Set up a valid 1-Click payment method under Manage Your Content and Devices > Settings > Digital Payment Settings.

Open the Kindle Store in a desktop browser.
Select the book (free books, pre-orders, and subscriptions aren’t eligible).
Click Buy for others.
Enter the recipient’s email address.
Choose a delivery date and optional message.
Place your order.
You can resend a gift email from Your Digital Orders if needed.
