If Fire TV is reading everything on the screen, VoiceView may be turned on.
Press and hold the Back and Menu buttons at the same time for several seconds.
Go to Settings.
Select Accessibility.

Confirm that you want to turn off VoiceView.
To resolve screen mirroring issues, first confirm that your devices are compatible.
Devices that don’t support screen mirroring:

Check if your Fire TV supports screen mirroring by holding down the Home button on the remote. If you see a Mirroring icon, your device is compatible.
Connect both your Android device and Fire TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
Move the devices within 30 ft (10 m) of each other.
If audio doesn’t match the video on your TV, adjust the lip sync settings.
Turn on your Fire TV device.
Select Settings from the home screen.
Select Display & Sounds.
Select Home Theater Settings.
Select Lip Sync Tuning.
Follow the on-screen instructions to synchronize audio and video.
