West Stokes Band Business Sponsorship Program

The West Stokes High School Band is looking for community partners to support our students throughout their 2024-2026 endeavors. 100% of the funds or services you donate are used to equally benefit all the students of the West Stokes High School Band. 

Services can include lunches for 40 people during band camp, supplies that we need for the field or props, first aid supplies, or water and snacks to keep our kids healthy.  Please email us at weststokesbandboosters@gmail.com if you have a service that you would like to offer or to ask about what we need.

We have many opportunities each year to collaborate with local organizations:

• Vendor Opportunities at concerts and outings

• Meal donation programs to help ensure the band taken care of

• Auction/Raffle donations to help advertise your organization

• Marketing opportunities (apparel/signage/social media) 

Other ways to support our students: 

• Donate a case of water for the band room 

• Drive our large instruments to and from performances (as needed) 

• Sponsor an instrument repair (most of them are around $100, $150, or $200)

• Sponsor an instrument purchase (contact us to see what is needed)
