As a prior customer and fellow tech enthusiast, I was thrilled to see an opening on the company website for the Technical Support Specialist position at Wayward Tech Solutions. Having 6+ years of IT experience, and an excellent record for troubleshooting, fulfilling technical repairs, streamlining processes, and providing tech support to customers, I’m confident I would be a perfect fit for the Wayward technical support team.

I possess expertise in data recovery, networking and operating systems, and hardware and software upgrades. In my current role at Enterprise Holdings Inc., I install and configure software and hardware, diagnose and resolve system and network issues, and deliver exceptional IT service to a company-wide infrastructure of 5,000+ end-users. To date, through engineering and troubleshooting, I have pinpointed and recovered an avg. of 10 major system and network errors monthly, and I also maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rating with clients.

I enjoy building customer-client relationships, and have the ability to simplify complex technological problems to ensure clients receive excellent IT support. Furthermore, I am proficient in using several IT service management software programs, such as Jira Service Desk, TOP desk, and Spiceworks.
