Morning Open Gathering Space - An informal gathering space to get to know each other better, ask questions, share resources, have discussions, or anything else that emerges from and for the group. This is an optional and un-facilitated space.
Collective Inquiry (Community)- A place/time for everyone to come together for a collective session with writing, sharing, reflection, and more.
Writing Response Groups- Every Tuesday and Thursday, both whole group and small groups; more information about how these groups will meet will be shared on Monday 29 June.
Grade Level Study Groups- Every Monday afternoon we will meet in Grade Level groups at a time that each group selects for itself (times to be set when we gather on Monday 29 June). Groupings are listed on the Teaching Writing page.
Family Time- These two consecutive Friday morning sessions are designed for your whole family... log into zoom with your coffee in hand, a child (or two) on your lap, your partner, other family, pets all around. We will engage in some writing and learning together!
NWP Write Across America Virtual Writing Marathons- Every Tuesday from 5-6:30pm, join other NWP teachers all across the US to engage in writing together. We recommend that you join at least one during the summer. Please register here.
