I'm so glad you're here. 

Woods in the World was designed as a platform to share my love and continued pursuit of learning. As a first-generation college and now graduate student, as well as a full-time educator, learning has been a cornerstone of many positive connections in my life. I've experienced firsthand how learning can open up the world, empower us to make it a better place for all, and help us connect with each other in meaningful ways. 

I hope to use this platform not only to collect and share wonderful work but also to help share resources, ideas, and knowledge with my fellow educators. Teaching is tough- keep reading along and let me be part of your team!
