Every year since the 1880s folks have been gaththering at Memorial Day to honor veterans buried in the Wolf Creek Cemetery. The 2022 count is about 125. The first veterans honored were from the Civil War, and later WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
The program is 11 am at the Cemetery, Monday Memorial Day with lunch afterwards in the 1922 Wolf Creek school building, now the Wolf Creek Methodist Church.
