Visualization files often come in a DLL format. These are usually applied with their respective installation programs, but sometimes they aren't. However, you don't need to feel lost, because installing these types of files is actually really easy!
Steps:
1. Find your visualizations folder. It is typically located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player\Visualizations", but in some cases it may be "C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\Visualizations".
2. Place the DLL in said folder.
3. Run Command Prompt as administrator.
4. In the command line, type: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player\Visualizations\<file name here>" (remove the x86 if you're using the alternate folder) and press enter.
You should now have successfully installed the visualization!
