The first home I found for the Norpak IPS was at the ArtCulture Resource Centre (ARC), thanks to cofounders Derek Dowden and Nancy Patterson. The idea was to provide artists with access to the machine.

My stay was short, weeks at most. ARC was an active, happening place, too active, lots of gatherings, parties, drinking, etc. It was an open space, two stores wide. The Norpak IPS was exposed. People would sit on it or leave their beers on the computer.

I had to find a safer place for the Norpak IPS. That search led to a project called "Telidon @ TSV".
