My name is William Brailsford, I am a Bassist and specialise in playing mostly Doom metal, Sludge metal and Post-punk. However, i am also branching out into producing my own Atmospheric Drum & Bass tracks. I listen to and play music purely for my own enjoyment and passion however I am also looking to perform and find a career in the music industry. I have played in multiple bands before and I am familiar with the music industry as a whole.

In Unit 7 of my course we were tasked to create covers of a selected band. I was the band leader and only worked with a single other person in our band because there were not enough people to fill everyones band. We originally started with 3 songs to cover but shortened it down to 2 since one of them was nearly 9 minutes long. The cover of The Cure's Disintegration (attached) is what I personally believe is our best one.

In unit 3/4 of my course, I joined a band in my class in which we created our own original song. We named our band Korrupt and rehearsed profusely up to this performance, constantly changing and adding more to what we had until we were happy to perform at the college gig in December.
