This is to officially confirm the appointment of a Vice President in Karachi, Pakistan, under the authority of the World Human Rights International Organization (WHRI-ORG).

The appointed representative is hereby authorized to:

• Address and assist  with president and resolving legal and human rights issues within Karachi and surrounding regions.

• Coordinate with government departments, law enforcement agencies, and civil institutions for the advancement and protection of human rights.

• Provide priority assistance to individuals and communities facing violations of human rights.

All concerned authorities, institutions, and organizations are requested to extend full cooperation to the WHRI-ORG cardholder in the execution of their official duties.

In the event that any institution or authority fails to cooperate with the WHRI-ORG representative, the matter may be escalated to the International Criminal Court (I.C.C.) for further action, if deemed necessary under international human rights law.
