The World Human Rights International Organization has appointed a as the Admin and Operation Incharge Pakistan at the World Human Rights International Organization. Serves as theAdmin and Operation Incharge Pakistan, representing the World Human Rights International Organization

The Admin and Operation Incharge at the World Human Rights International Organization (WHRI-ORG) plays a key role in ensuring smooth organizational functioning and effective coordination across departments and international branches. This position oversees administrative systems, operational planning, and compliance with WHRI-ORG’s global human rights mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, documentation, and communication.

• Coordinate with international offices, country coordinators, and executive leadership to implement organizational policies.

• Supervise staff performance, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to WHRI-ORG’s ethical and procedural standards.

• Oversee logistics for events, meetings, and human rights campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of correspondence, reports, and official documentation.

• Support financial and procurement processes in collaboration with the Finance Department.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

• Facilitate communication between departments and external partners to promote WHRI-ORG’s objectives.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in administrative systems and operational planning.

• Understanding of human rights frameworks and international organizational structures.
