Primary Responsibilities

1. Human Rights Oversight
   Supervise and monitor all WHRI-ORG operations and human rights initiatives within Karachi, ensuring compliance with international human rights standards.

2. Implementation of Directives
   Execute and enforce national and international directives issued by WHRI-ORG Headquarters, USA, and ensure their proper application across all Karachi districts.

3. District Coordination
   Ensure that all district presidents under the Karachi President and Vice President follow and implement orders related to human rights actions and advocacy.

4. Government and Institutional Liaison
   Coordinate with government departments, law enforcement agencies, and civil institutions to promote justice, equality, and protection of human rights.

5. Legal and Humanitarian Assistance
   Address and assist in resolving legal, social, and humanitarian issues affecting individuals and communities within Karachi and surrounding regions.

6. Public Awareness and Advocacy
   Promote awareness on human rights, women’s empowerment, child protection, and minority rights through campaigns, seminars, and community outreach.

7. Community Engagement
   Collaborate with civil society organisations, faith-based groups, and community leaders to strengthen human rights education and advocacy.

8. Monitoring and Reporting
   Document and report all human rights violations to WHRI-ORG International Secretariat and relevant international bodies for further action.

9. Outreach and Education
   Manage outreach programmes, legal aid efforts, and educational initiatives to empower vulnerable populations and promote equality.

10. Escalation of Non-Cooperation
    In cases where institutions or authorities fail to cooperate with WHRI-ORG representatives, escalate the matter to the International Criminal Court (I.C.C.) or other competent international forums as per international human rights law.

Authorisation Clause
All concerned authorities, institutions, and organisations are requested to extend full cooperation to WHRI-ORG representatives in the execution of their duties and responsibilities within Karachi and its districts.
