New Client Policy:

West Davis Veterinary Center requires a deposit for all new client appointments.  When setting up an appointment for your pet we will send a payment request via email or text.  This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling, otherwise the appointment will be canceled. This deposit goes towards the cost of the exam with a veterinarian.  The deposit is non-refundable for any missed appointments.  

West Davis Veterinary Center accepts all debit and credit cards as well as CareCredit. Checks are not accepted for first time clients. Payment is expected in full at the time of the office visit.

Health Certificate Appointments:

West Davis Veterinary Center requires a deposit for all Health Certificate appointments at the time they are scheduled. This deposit will go towards the cost of the Exam and Health Certificate that is issued.
