REGISTRATION FOR THE WBSC 3V3 COLOR FUN TOURNAMENT IN 2025 IS NOW OPEN
Welcome to our 3v3 Color Fun Soccer Tournament Page. Here you will find everything you need to get your team registered for the tournament, including the registration link, medical forms and waivers, information about the day, and a complete list of rules.
Every player registered for the 3v3 Color Fun Tournament will have the opportunity to earn color blast packs throughout the day. You DO need to have matching team shirts or jerseys - just make sure you are ok with your clothes getting blasted by color! During games, the "Home" team will be asked to change shirts or wear pinnies (if there is a conflict with color). Following each game, teams will receive tickets for Color Blast Packs for every goal scored. A minimum of (1) color pack is awarded to each team during each game, and there is no maximum this year. Color Blast Packs can be taken to the Color Blast Zone to apply - please be sure to wear safety goggles in the Zone to protect your eyes!
REGISTRATION FEE: $200 per team (EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $150/team before June 30th). Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Beginning July 1, all team registrations will be $200. Please register early to guarantee your team a spot. THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 1, 2025. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED.
Once you complete your registration form, you will receive a SEPARATE INVOICE for payment (online), which will be emailed to you as soon as the Tournament Director processes your form. Early Bird Payments must be completed BY JUNE 30th. The schedule will be made available approx. (1) week prior to the tournament.

You must include the full name and DOB for every player rostered on your team. Only (1) form per team. Roster size = 5 player max. If you don't have your full team yet, just write TBD.

Every player must have a completed medical form submitted by a parent/guardian. Coaches, please provide the Medical Form/Waiver link to your parents. Coaches must bring a printed, signed copy to tournament check-in for every player on your team!
PARKING/TRAVEL NOTES
There is $5/vehicle CASH FEE charged for parking at the tournament. We encourage all families to try and carpool if possible. It would be great to have this ready so the line moves as quickly as possible at the tournament. Please do not yell at or be angry with our parking volunteers.
CANOPIES/SET UP
Families are welcome to bring canopies to set up at our fields. We ask that you keep all canopies set up around the perimeter of the fields. We will provide a more detailed field map prior to the tournament. Please note... we do not allow personal grills at our fields. We ask all families to please help keep our fields clean. Bring extra trash bags along and do not leave trash behind! We will have MANY trash cans and recycling cans around the field for the tournament and also have a dumpster in our parking lot that you can drop things off before you leave.
BATHROOMS, CONCESSIONS, & FIELD #s
We have EVEN MORE BATHROOMS for this event and will have them spaced out across all areas. ALL FIELDS will be clearly marked (every goal will have a sign posted with the Field #s). Besides color packs, sunglasses, and t-shirts available for sale. We will also offer lots of different HOT concessions, snacks, and beverages. All games and concessions are cash pay. All game proceeds benefit Lock Haven University soccer programs. Concessions/item sales benefit the West Branch Soccer Club. And... WE HAVE A FOOD TRUCK ON SITE ALL DAY!
REMINDERS/UPDATES
Things we will be keeping the same/similar… our registration tent (Tournament HQ) and concessions will still be located directly in the center of all fields. We ask that families set up tents/canopies in the perimeter (outside of the fields). Our Color Blast Zone will be located in the same area as last year, and yes we still encourage players to utilize the goggles when they are in the Zone to protect their eyes. We are also going to keep our Goal Differential limited to (8) goals per game. *Complete rules are provided below.
OBTAINING COLOR PACKS/END OF EACH GAME
At the conclusion of each game, BOTH coaches must sign the referee's game card. The referee will provide "color pack cards" to the COACH of each team for the number of goals scored. If a team scores 0 goals, they will still earn (1) color pack card. Color pack cards can then be exchanged at the HQ Tent for color blast packs.
GOING CRAZY WITH THE COLOR
We have a designated "Color Blast Zone" for players, siblings, coaches, family members, whoever... to go nuts with your color packs. The Zone will have a basket of goggles available to wear so you can protect your eyes. Please keep all color in the Zone and don't forget to return the goggles to the basket when you're done. Color Blast Packs are obtained at our HQ Tent, players either exchange the cards won through game play OR color packs can be purchased.
EXPECTATIONS FOR BEHAVIOR
It has been (and continues to be) very difficult to find referees, but we have worked hard to put together a solid team of officials for this tournament. We will not tolerate abuse of any referees and we have an expectation that all players, coaches, and parents will behave respectfully with good sportsmanlike conduct. If we have any issues, yellow/red cards may be issued and/or you may be asked to leave the fields. If at any point in time during the tournament you have an issue, we encourage you to please come see us in the HQ Tent to discuss your concern.
PLEASE NOTE: Round Robin games will have (1) center referee, and all final matches will have (2) referees. Depending on the schedule, semifinal games may also have (2) referees.
