ADVANCED SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING BY LHU COACHING STAFF!
This camp is perfect for athletes, ages 6-14 years old, of all skill levels who want to stay active this summer while building confidence and improving their movement skills for sports and everyday fitness.
Held at our club (173 Havenview Drive, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
There is LIMITED ENROLLMENT so be sure to register early to save your spot! Read on for more information and the application.

Head Coach of Commonwealth University of PA - Lock Haven's Mens Soccer Team
We are excited to welcome Patrick Long in the role of Camp Director this year. Patrick has been coaching college soccer now for 18 years, and has coached at ESA, Bucknell, and is currently at CU-Lock Haven. He also serves as the Director of Coaching for the West Branch Soccer Club and takes an active role on our WBSC Board of Directors.
