Goal Keeper Training

Sessions will be held Mondays at 6pm on Field at WBSC, beginning 9/7/26 through 10/26/26.

This season the program will be led by Rocco Birns, Grad Assistant at LHU, in partnership with the Lock Haven University Men's Soccer Team. 

The program is designed to help young goalkeepers build confidence, improve their technique, and have fun in a positive, encouraging environment.

Training will focus on the fundamentals of goalkeeping, including shot-stopping, handling, footwork, positioning, distribution, communication, and game situations.

The cost is $10 per session, payable at each week to the program leader.
