Travel team assignment is by invitation only, following player evaluations. Please do not complete this registration unless you have been invited to a specific travel team.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FALL IN-HOUSE REGISTRATION ONLY:
There are (3) locations for In-House teams during the fall season: Lock Haven, Mill Hall, and Beech Creek.
There is a drop-down box in the application to select your preferred region. As you complete registration, you will be asked to upload a picture and birth certificate for each child you are registering. You will also select between "In-House" and "Travel." The total registration fee is $65 (+ $3 if using a credit card). Please note that selecting one region does not guarantee that this will be your child's home practice area, but we will do our best to honor the preferences of all families.
