your wellbeing at mru

Being a university student can be challenging, so it's important to take care of your whole self to make the best out of your student experience! But, what does this mean exactly? Each individual needs a unique combination of things to nurture different parts of their whole. For example, some of us practice meditation as a means to care of our spiritual wellbeing, while others may practice prayer and reflection guided by their faith, traditions and religious and cultural beliefs.

At MRU, Wellness Services can help you explore different means of optimizing your wellbeing during your academic journey! Its offerings include:

  • Mental health

  • Health Services Clinic

  • MRU Injury & Prevention Clinic

  • Groups and workshops

  • Support in helping others

  • Resources on and off campus as well as online
