Zoe Say

Zoë is a second year psychology student. She's a mature student with a background in drum circle facilitation. Zoë is passionate about facilitating human connection, and helping all people find their joy. She hopes to one day start a practice where she can help both groups and individuals thrive. For now, she does this at work, where she runs a Regional United Church Young Adult group; by volunteering with NSO, as a MAPS Mentor and in her community; co-facilitating KAIROS Blanket Exercises; and through research conducted in a small psych lab. Things that bring her joy are playing outside, music, her morning coffee, advocating for equity and diversity, food of all types, and sharing meaningful stories with people.

Welcome!

AJ

"My name is AJ, and I am currently going into my second year at MRU, majoring in Biology. I find both the biological sciences and creative fiction to be quite compelling, and MRU was the best fit for my aspirations! I hope to soon concentrate in Cellular & Molecular Biology while minoring in Creative Writing.

I started my post-secondary career during the midst of the pandemic, so I understand and sympathize with the struggles of studying online. I would highly recommend students to seek out the online resources they need to prepare for any online classes they have, such as webinars, counselling services, and especially the Academic Advisory!

Stay connected and active with the university; don't be afraid to stand out!"
