Worcestershire Disability Football Club (WDFC) provides inclusive football opportunities for children, young people and adults with disabilities and additional needs across Worcestershire.
Our aim is to make football accessible to everyone by providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where players of all abilities can develop skills, build confidence, make friends and enjoy being part of a team.
We offer a range of football pathways including junior pan-disability football, adult pan-disability football, competitive and recreational teams, and Powerchair Football. Whether players are new to football, looking to develop their skills, or want to take part in competitive fixtures, we have opportunities to suit different abilities and goals.
At WDFC, football is about much more than the game. Our FA-qualified coaches and dedicated volunteers help players improve fitness, communication, teamwork and confidence, while creating a community where every player feels valued and included.
We welcome players, families, carers, volunteers and supporters to be part of our club and help us continue to grow inclusive football across Worcestershire.
We’re delighted to share the news that our Junior Lead Coach, Laura Lillis, won Coach of the Year - Disability Pathway!
Worcestershire Disability Football Club is always looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join our team and help us continue providing football opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and additional needs.
Whether you are an experienced coach, have football knowledge, want to gain coaching experience, or simply have a few hours to give back to your community, we would love to hear from you.
Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting our players by helping with coaching sessions, match days, events and the day-to-day running of the club. You do not need to be a qualified coach to get involved — we can support volunteers who would like to develop their skills, including opportunities to complete FA coaching qualifications.
Being part of WDFC is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference, help players build confidence, develop friendships and enjoy the game of football in an inclusive environment.
If you would like to support our club and become part of our volunteer team, please get in touch.
