Class 1 - 2 x 1lb jars liquid honey

Class 2 - 2 x 1lb jars set or creamed honey

Class 3 - 1 x frame of honey

Presentation of jarred extracted honey

Extracted Honey to be exhibited in clear British Standard Pattern round 1 lb squat jars with standard matching commercial screw tops.

Note:

You must supply two jars of the same honey for either the liquid or set/creamed classes, additionally if you are entering set honey it is acceptable for it have a frosted appearance.

Presentation of a frame of honey

Presentation of a frame of honey suitable for extraction must be shown in protective case/stand and the comb must be visible from both sides. A stand with the frame loosely covered with food grade plastic wrap will also be acceptable.

Wooden parts of the frame must be clean.

Presentation stands can be borrowed from the club but must be booked in advance as supply is limited.
