Importing Mated Honey Bee Queens

Because of the new rules regarding importing bees from the EU, some suppliers are importing from Argentina. Argentina has strains of Africanised honey bees which can be very aggressive. Always ask where your bees are from.

Always know where you bees are from if you purchase them!! If you don’t know where to look or who to ask about your bees, feel free to ask away! And if we don’t know, we will soon find someone at the club with the right answer!! I still always remember being told by Bob, “never be afraid to ask, because if we don’t know we will also be interested in finding out the answer with you!” Now that’s a support group!!
