Reporting hours with WVP

WVP's Hours Tracking System

Service hours for registered Watershed Volunteer Program (WVP) volunteers are tracked within Volgistics. Tracking volunteer hours is extremely important to Cleveland Metroparks for many reasons:

Reporting Hours to WVP

Primary events: Look for the WVP sign-in sheet at events hosted by WVP staff. Hours will be reported based on sign-in sheets into Volgistics. If you sign in on a sign-in sheet, WVP Staff will track your hours for you.

(S)upplemental events: Please report your hours in Volgistics* for events hosted by WVP partners that have no WVP staff/WVP sign-in sheet present.

Independent projects: Please report your hours in Volgistics* for water quality monitoring, invasive plant management, or other (IP) projects (require prior training).

Monthly hours are due by the last Monday of every month. Contact us at WVPinfo@clevelandmetroparks.com to add the project assignment to your Volgistics profile.

*Past 40 days, please email us at wvpinfo@clevelandmetroparks.com.

Please report Independent Project and (S)upplemental Hours by the LAST DAY of every month.

Thank you for your extended watershed stewardship!
