Cyber Forensics: Crime scenes involve computers or other related devices constituting evidence in the form of browsing history, email logs, or any other digital footprint of the criminals. Cyber forensics deals with a systematic approach of making a digital copy of the system under investigation, verifying and authenticating the digital copies, gathering and analyzing crime scene digital information from a computer device, and preserving digital evidence, which is subsequently transformed into hardware-proof to be presented in the court regarding the crime in question.
