Camping


Electrical Usage (CPAP Usage / Disability Camping / Electronics Charging)


RV Use

RV Camping: You may reserve an RV spot with Pre Registration. RVs are paid per RV not per person. There are RV spots with water and electrical access. There is also an RV dump station on site.  It's possible the space will be full, so when you arrive at Gate let Gate know you have an RV before parking the RV. If you have questions. Garbage

People Mover (Taxi/WW Wagon)

The People Mover will travel the outside loop of the event sit4e, approximately once per hour. It will travel from Gate towards the Horse Barn, along Nordskogen Highway to Catfish Crossing, turning at Bardic to the Playground to the Class Pavilion and Gate.


Radio Use

Please use channels 1, 2, and 10–14 for personal communications. Channels 3–9 are in use by event departments.

COVID Guidelines

Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the
health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of
exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in
the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential
risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and
safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.

If you get ill at the event, inform the event staff and leave the event promptly. Event staff will help you. We will help find a location for you to safely isolate until you can leave the event

Consequences

The Event Stewards reserve the right to evict people from the site at their discretion. If obnoxious, dangerous, or otherwise intolerable behavior presents itself, the Event Stewards can and will ask the person responsible to leave.
