feedback bomb: It happens when someone does not give feedback regularly and then decided to put a bomb of feedback to another person, listing all the things that they are doing wrong.
Feedback bomb happens when we collect negative feedback overtime and then throw this feedback to someone's face. It does not help recipient efficiently to improve and develops negative relation.
I used to be giving feedback bomb in the past and usually I waited till the moment when I sort of felt better than the other person. Sometimes, I even believed that I am helping the person, but later actions were reveling my true motivation, which was a win with the person.
Giving too much feedback at once can overwhelm the person that the feedback is given to.
