I love being creative. However, I found that it is not the best way to be effective when cooperating with others.
Frequently, you can obtain better result, by checking how something work in certain environment and just repeat it.
What is the theory behind that?
Theoretically trust should be based on transparency, reliability, caring and proper communication. In reality, we choose to trust people similar to us and reward others if they behave in a way that we would behave.
