Companies frequently want to present how much diverse they are
They frequently use percentage which is easy to understand, but very far away from measuring diversity.
Personally, I prefer to use Entropy to measure diversity, as it is symmetrical while percentage is not. However, I do not have any argument that supports that Diversity Score should be measured by formula that is using Entropy.
Trust should be based on: transparency, reliability, caring and communication. However, we base our trust frequently on similarity to ourselves. Similarity might be based on physical properties or state of mind. We also trust people who we know more even when they do not present us with trust features.
