Festival Schedule
When available, the schedule posted below is meant to provide a basic overview of daily activities during the festival. A detailed festival schedule will be provided to students and educators upon arrival at the festival site. The schedule is subject to change.
Daily Schedule
WEDNESDAY
12:30 pm - Registration for jazz ensemble & modern band ensemble
1:00 - Jazz ensemble and modern band begin rehearsals
Dinner provided for students
7:30 pm - Housed students are bussed to hotel; commuters return home
THURSDAY
8:30 am - Housed students are bussed to festival site; commuters begin to arrive via school transportation
9:30 - Registration & choral re-hearings
10:30 - Opening meeting for students and teachers
Rehearsals throughout the day; committee meetings
Lunch and dinner provided for students
6:30 pm - Scholarship concert
8:00 pm - Housed students are bussed to hotel; commuters return home via school transportation
FRIDAY
8:30 am - Housed students are bussed to festival site; commuters begin to arrive via school transportation
9:30 am - Rehearsals begin
Rehearsals throughout the day
10:00am - Meeting for All State music educators
Lunch and dinner provided for students
6:30 pm - Modern Band Ensemble & Jazz Ensemble concert
8:00 pm - Housed students are bussed to hotel; commuters return home via school transportation
SATURDAY
8:30 am - Housed students are bussed to festival site; commuters begin to arrive via school transportation
9:30 am - Rehearsals and dress rehearsals begin
Lunch provided for students
2:00 pm - Orchestra and Concert Band concert
4:00 pm - Chorus and A Cappella Ensemble concert
5:30 pm - Festival ends
