Security and Privacy

This database is used voluntarily by programs in Vermont. Anyone can use it, All ownership, use, and legal responsibility in using this program is the sole responsibility of the afterschool or other organization and its fiduciary. The database has three levels of access : Manager, User, and Student. Manager access can do everything and view any inputted student data for whom they have a right to know under FERPA law. The User level can input everything in the database except view the most sensitive student demographic information for which they may not have a right to know. The student level can only view and utilize the sign in -sign out interface for self-taken attendance.
