The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) partners with NOCTI to offer credentialing tools and resources that support the accountability framework of the state’s Simulated Workplace program. As a result, NOCTI has become a key component of West Virginia Board of Education (WVBOE) policies, helping ensure that all state-approved Career and Technical Education (CTE) completers have a fair and consistent opportunity to demonstrate their skills through a standardized assessment statewide.
