As a trade fair manager, I recognized the potential of small exhibitions and conferences to effectively connect with a specific audience for your product at a lower cost than larger events.
I identified and evaluated small exhibitions, assessed their suitability for the company's products, and communicated my evaluation to the regional sales manager.
Once participation was approved, I worked closely with the fair organiser to secure a booth location. I connected with sales to brief them about the event and provided them with marketing materials.
After the event, I collected the leads generated by the sales, sorted them, and entered them into the CRM for follow-up. I closed the event with a debriefing to all interested parties and a feedback session to identify improvement points as well as evaluate the successes.
I also led the creation and production of a pop-up booth dedicated to promoting specific products, which led to a bigger visibility and lead creation during the event.
During my career, I identified and managed the company's presentation at about 80 small exhibitions/conferences with the highest yearly ROI of 12,8.
